The Department of Computer Science successfully conducted a 5-day Technical Course on Python Programming from 1st to 5th July 2024 for III B.Sc (Computer Science) students. Organized in collaboration with Yellow Matics IT & Skills Development Solutions, Coimbatore, the course was held in the college’s Computer Lab, offering an immersive and practical learning experience. The intensive program provided students with a solid foundation in Python programming, covering key areas such as: Data Structures, Algorithms and Application Development. Students gained hands-on experience throughout the course, enhancing their coding skills and deepening their understanding of real-world applications of Python. This practical training has equipped them with essential programming knowledge, preparing them for internships and opening doors to various career opportunities in the tech industry. The course was well-received, with participants expressing appreciation for the opportunity to engage with industry-relevant content and develop skills that will help them stay competitive in the dynamic field of computer science.
