On 8th October 2024, the Training and Placement Cell organized a seminar on Career Skills at Dupuis Auditorium from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The session, exclusively designed for final-year students, aimed to enhance their career preparedness and employability. The resource person, Mr. G. Santhosh Gnanamani, a Change Maker from the UNNATHI Foundation, Bangalore, shared valuable insights on career development and essential skills required for the modern workplace. During the seminar, Mr. Santhosh emphasized the importance of communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills and provided practical tips to help students align their academic knowledge with industry expectations. The Training and Placement Cell expressed gratitude to Mr. Santhosh and the UNNATHI Foundation for their valuable contribution for conducting a month of soft skill and life skill programmes.
